weak fine subangular blocky structure; slightly hard, very friable,

non sticky, non plastic; common fine, few medium and coarse roots;
very strongly acid (field pH 5.0); clear, smooth boundary.

B 18-40 Brown (7.5YR 4/4) and strong brown (7.5YR 4/6) sandy loam;
weak fine and medium subangular blocky structure; slightly hard,
very friable, slightly sticky, slightly plastic; few fine medium and coarse

roots; very strongly acid (field pH 5.0); clear, smooth boundary.

Bt1 40-70 Reddish brown (5YR 4/4) coarse sandy loam; weak to moderate fine

and medium subangular blocky structure; slightly hard, friable,
slightly sticky, slightly plastic; patchy thin clay coatings on ped faces;

few fine and two large roots; very strongly acid (field pH 5.0); clear,
smooth boundary.

Bt2 70-108 Reddish brown (5YR 4/4) coarse sandy loam; weak to moderate fine
and medium subangular blocky structure; slightly hard, friable,
slightly sticky, slightly plastic; patchy thin clay coatings on ped faces;

very strongly acid (field pH 5.0).
